Suitable for all levels, the trail varies in depth between two to six metres, with 20 underwater plinths installed to guide divers and snorkellers, printed with fun activities and facts. The plaques were illustrated by Kellee Merritt and feature a range of sea creatures likely to be encountered in the marine park.
Arrows on top of each plinth indicate the direction and distance (in metres) to the next plinth.
Accompanying the trail is a mural painted on the outside of the Marmion Angling and Aquatic Club (MAAC) by local artist Brenton See, featuring land-based information and safety signage.
The trail is suitable for SCUBA divers and snorkellers depending on weather conditions, experience and ability.
This start of this trail is marked with a surface float out the front of the Marmion Angling and Aquatic Club (MAAC) in Marmion.
