A beautiful walk through spectacular wildflowers, moss-covered boulders and picnic areas. The information bay at the commencement and end of the trail has details about the history, wildlife, flora and fauna you are likely to encounter on the walk and about what resides in the sanctuary. There is a clean and well-kept toilet at the site with running rainwater.
A perfect way to spend time in the bush, especially in late winter through to early summer (Djiba - Aug/Sept & Kambarang - Oct/Nov) to explore and experience the tranquillity and beauty our wheatbelt nature displays.

Wadderin Wildlife Sanctuary, off Merredin-Narembeen Rd, 3.5 hours east of Perth.
Trail End
Bush Walk
Class 2
Easy trail with modified or hardened surface, and gentle hills or occasional steps. Clear directional signage. No bushwalking experience required. May be suitable for assisted wheelchair users (if ramps are provided at steps).

Wear closed in shoes when walking on the trail and in the area, snakes have been sighted in the area

Wear protective clothing including closed-in shoes and sun protection including a hat in summer.
