Kurliiny Tjenagitj means 'come and see' in the local Noongar language and this trail certainly does that. Follow the Jabitj Trail along the river from Honeymoon Pool, before climbing high above the valley floor to a lookout with panoramic views over the valley and surrounding hills.
From the lookout the trail descends less steeply along a four wheel drive track, until it meets the Munda Biddi Trail. As you make the final descent back to the river, the track becomes quite steep again in places.
Parts of this trail are dual use, so be aware of approachiing mountain bikes.
The wildflowers are spectacular between August and November.
Honeymoon Pool is a campsite and picnic area, offering more than 20 campsites among trees beside the Collie River. You can enjoy swimming, canoeing and fishing. You can also walk to the Wellington Dam Kiosk from here on the Jabitj Trail.
