If you’ve been down to Dwellingup’s Lane Poole Reserve recently you might have noticed some construction going on at Dwaarlindjirraap, just downstream from the Baden Powell waterspout on the Murray River.
This is beacuse of the new multi-million dollar suspension bridge being built by DBCA (Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions), which will allow cyclists and walkers direct access to the Murray Valley Mountain Bike Trails. The bridge will also give users a fantastic view of the Murray from the vieiwing platform.Â
The new bridge, due for completion early next year, will allow for safe and easy access from the the surrounding campgrounds and mountain bike network.
