Glen Brook Trail, John Forrest NP
About the Trail
The Glen Brook Trail is a 2.2km loop in John Forrest National Park starting and finishing at the main picnic area and skirting around the Glen Brook Dam. It features scenic views over the dam and a multitude of wildflowers during spring.
John Forrest National Park is one of Australia's oldest conservation areas and Western Australia's first national park proclaimed in November 1900.
The visitor area contains barbecue and picnic facilities and cultivated gardens of native plants. The rest of the park is largely undeveloped and is home to a variety of plant communities and wildlife.
