This is a pleasant walk most of the year but much better in Wildlflower Season as the water is also flowing better then too. Hovea Falls is a popular spot but be careful on the smooth rocks around it as they can be very slippery so keep an eye on young children. There is also an extensive rocky area extending above the falls and some scenic rock areas close by. Try not to walk on the lichen and mosses growing on the rocks as their life is tough enough without also being trampled and they are a very attractive addition to the rocks.

Fairly easy trail. Great facilities at the start of the NP. Ranger on duty, even on the Sunday.
Took us about 1-1/2 hrs with 5 kids btwn 2-9yrs

Would like to come back when there's a bit of flowing water around, and check out the hovea falls.
