Yoorrnging Geranyem means 'painting on rocks' and Banan mean 'trail' in the language of the local Miriwoong people. This rough and rocky trail takes you deep into the rugged heart of Mirima to ancient aboriginal rock art galleries. Immerse yourself in the ever-changing landscape and enjoy the abundance of native flora and fauna. Stop at the lookout points and rest areas and listen to the country, you will feel it talking to you.

Appreciate the magnificent views as you walk across the plateau, descend through a natural waterway system and transverse through open woodland past the final art site.

Please be respectful to the local Miriwoong people and do not disturb anything you find.
