This trail is well-formed with gentle hills and minimal obstacles and is ideal for those with a basic level of riding skill and fitness. Inexperienced riders will need a trained and experienced horse.
These trails wind through areas of forest which were cut for timber in the late 1800s and early 1900s. The forest has since regrown and is home to a variety of wildlife. The Jinker Trail also passes through areas where mining has occurred, and the forest is now regenerating.
