This walk start at the Woody Island Visitors Centre. You can take a free guided walk to a clearing overlooking this historic spot and learn about the story behind the name of Twiggy's Landing.
Continue along the path past the clearing to the Shearwater Lookout . From the lookout you can watch for adult flesh-footed shearwaters returning to their nesting burrows at dusk during their summer breeding season.

Suitable for most ages and fitness levels. Some bushwalking experience recommended. Tracks may have short steep hill sections a rough surface and many steps. Walks up to 20km.
