Lookouts at The Gap and Natural Bridge offer stunning views of the Southern Ocean, from Bald Head to West Cape Howe. At The Gap, visitors can step onto a universally accessible viewing platform 40m above the sea. The experience varies daily, from calm seas to stormy winds.

A raised pathway leads from the parking area to The Gap's platform, providing safe access while protecting the plants and lichens on the rock. The platform, supported by cantilevered beams anchored deep into stable rock, complements the natural landscape.

Both The Gap and Natural Bridge, designed to withstand harsh conditions, offer non-slip surfaces and views of the cliffs and ocean below. These sites, along with other nearby attractions like the Granite Skywalk, Valley of the Giants, and Wilderness Lookout, are part of the Getting High in Nature drive trail.
