Learn moreAbout Foreshore Flow Trail
The Foreshore Flow cycle trail is a scenic 19km one way coastal ride stretching from the Rockingham Foreshore to Port Kennedy, showcasing some of the most beautiful marine vistas in the region.
This leisurely trail follows a well-maintained path along the coastline, offering sweeping views of Cockburn Sound to the north and Warnbro Sound to the south. Riders will pass by the stunning Shoalwater Islands Marine Park, with its turquoise waters, limestone reefs, and sandy beaches, and catch glimpses of the iconic Penguin Island just offshore. Along the way, the trail weaves through parks, picnic spots, and quiet stretches of shoreline, making it perfect for a relaxing ride or a family outing.
With sea breezes in your hair and the sparkling ocean at your side, the Foreshore Flow combines natural beauty, wildlife spotting, and a gentle cycling experience that connects you to the coastal charm of Rockingham through to Port Kennedy.
As well as being a great cycle trail, this dual-use path has some incredible walking options:
- Port Kennedy Beach to Warnbro Beach Lookout - 5.7km return
- Shoalwater Bay to Safety Bay - 10km return
- Palm Beach to Rockingham Foreshore - 4km return
