Discover Collie’s rich past on the Rail to River Heritage Trail - a 2.8km loop that links the town’s historic railyards to the peaceful banks of the Collie River.

This gentle, family-friendly walk takes in 21 heritage sites, each with a plaque and QR code revealing stories of Collie’s development - from its rail and industrial roots to its cultural and community milestones. The trail offers a unique blend of history and public art, with several stops also connecting to the vibrant Collie Mural Trail.

Starting at the Goods Shed, the route winds through the town centre, along the river, and back via Throssell Street to the railway footbridge. It’s suitable for all ages and fitness levels, whether you're up for a thoughtful journey into Collie’s past or simply a scenic walk through town.
