The Quininup Falls Trail is a 3.8 kilometre return trail in the Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park. It follows the Cape to Cape track for the majority of the trip before taking turn off for a short and moderately difficult walk to the base of the falls.

Quininup means 'place of the zamia palm', the name given to this area by the Wadandi people.

The trails follows the Cape to Cape Track north through granite outcrops and coastal heath. Near the beach, the trail turns and leads inland to the base of the falls. This moderately difficult walk consists of uneven rocky surfaces, soft sand and requires walkers to ascend a steep sand dune. The best time to view the falls is between late winter and late spring.

Along the trail you'll discover diverse flora with seasonal wildflowers that include tall swamp banksias, tiny pink petticoats, and exotic spider orchids in granite crevices.

The falls are important to the Wadandi people, please respect this site and do not climb to the top of the falls.

It was a lot shorter than I thought it was going to be and the weather wasn't as nice for this walk. The sand dunes made it bit harder to traverse but I like the man made raised platforms which helped to give a view over the vegetation to see the track. It was also nice to see kangaroos along/around the path but there wasn't much of a 'waterfall' at the end. I think we visited and the wrong time of the year for this,

Beautiful sights, but during summer -> autumn the waterfall was but a sliver of what it can be when it rains. The walk was definitely a 3-4 out of 5, two big dunes to go down (and then up!), some rocky terrain, and beautiful bushland around.
