Follow the green quenda markers on this 6.5km moderately difficult circuit through Paruna Sanctuary.

Walking clockwise the trail follows the creek before heading up and down some fairly steep hills, including a series of switchbacks to a number of lookouts and viewing platforms. From the lookouts you have stunning views across the surrounding countryside, including the Avon River valley, East - West Railway Line and Paruna Gorge.

Tables and seating are provided at a number of vantage points were you can stop for a picnic and take in the views.

The trail passes through powderbark and wandoo scrubland, magnificent grass trees, thickets of tea tree and bottle brush, bright yellow wattle and carpets of wildflowers in spring, including several varieties of delicate orchids.
