Learn moreThe Palm Terrace Walk is one of Perth's most underrated trails, offering panoramic views of the city while winding its way through the Mundy Regional Park.
With several starting points - some with facilities, some without - this 5.5km loop walk will challenge you on some of the areas more moderate climbs, but will reward you with the best views Perth has to offer. Palm Terrace is highly recommended from August to November to witness both our wildflower season and the stunning Lesmurdie Falls, just a short detour off the path.
Please note that the trail is not signed consistently and will require some hiking experience and directions to be read carefully, prior to leaving.

Moderate trail that may have short steep hills, rough surface, many steps or some rock hopping. Directional signage. Some bushwalking experience and moderate fitness required.
Group A - Urban Trails (Urban trails or short trails near facilities)
The trail is not signed well and will require experience and directions to be read carefully prior to leaving
Dogs must be on a lead at all times.
Please note the only facilities on this trail are located at the Lesmurdie Falls car park, which can either be your starting point or midway point on the trail. There are no toilet facilities at the Palm Terrace car park.
