This peaceful and shaded trail winds along and crosses Meelup Brook beneath overhanging marri and peppermint trees.

The first 250m of the trail from Meelup Beach is universal access and constructed from compacted limestone. After going through a tunnel underneath the Meelup Beach - Eagle Bay Road, the universal access trail terminates at a timber deck which overlooks the bubbling Meelup Brook (flowing autumn and winter).

The trail then follows the Meelup Brook upstream along a pea gravel firebreak before terminating at a T-Junction at the Eagle Bay Firebreak. Keep your ears open for Baudin’s black cockatoo and spot them roosting and feeding in the tall branches of marri trees.
