The Lake Goollelal Loop is a well developed family friendly walk around Lake Goollelal. It takes you on a circuit around Lake Goollelal in Yellagonga Regional Park’s south.

The path is a shared path for walkers and cyclists, and offers a fabulous setting to spend some time with your family outside. See the historic sites of Wesleyan Mission Farm and the Luisinbi winery, stands of tuart, jarrah, marri, and paperbark, children’s playgrounds and rest stops. Keep your eyes peeled for the area’s fauna, including many wrens and waterfowl, freshwater turtles and the native water rat.

Yellagonga Regional Park is easily accessible by walking, cycling or public transport.

Dogs must be on a lead not just 'under control' as at other parks. Wardens are regularly patrolling and handing out fines. Lots of cyclists. An enjoyable walk but I've been put off because of the rules.
