Learn moreAbout Henley Bushland Walk
This short 1.7km loop trail winds around a wetland area, a great spot for observing a variety of animals including bush birds like the Forest Red Tailed Black Cockatoos, the southern brown bandicoot and brushtail possums. At dusk, tawny frogmouths and microbats may also be observed.
The path is solid limestone based track, with the occasional sandy section. It also contains an optional short boardwalk section, that weaves between the trees to the south of Henley Wetland.
Whilst dogs are permitted in Henley Reserve, they must be on a leash as it contains a conservation category wetland. The off-leash dog area is located to the south of this Reserve in Djilba Park.
