Learn moreAbout Capel Makers Trail 2021
This new creative hub will host the second Capel Makers Trail on Friday 21st to Sunday 23rd May 2021 from 9am - 5pm each day in the Shire of Capel.
Bringing the community together, the Trail features regional artists, sculptors and handcrafters who will display their works in Capel, Boyanup, Dalyellup, Gelorup and Peppermint Grove Beach.
Venues are the community centres in these towns with the Capel RSL Hall, The South West Rail & Heritage Centre, and the Boyanup & Districts Farmers Market.
Community centres will be the home of makers from 9am to 5pm with an atmosphere that is eclectic. A ‘makers market’ filled with entertainment and demonstrations. From these hubs the Trail then branches out to include maker businesses and artist studio visits with makers who love to be in their own creative space and share what they do.
Meet the makers, learn their stories, and be inspired by ‘Makers Making’. Along the Trail there are many opportunities to buy art and artisanal products.

Trails are free and bring so many benefits to our community by providing opportunities to have fun, get fit, socialise, explore and challenge yourself. But they also have to be managed and maintained which only is made possible through terrific sponsors, donations and/or volunteering.
