The Eaton – Australind Historic Trail is a dual-use (walk and cycle) path that follows the Collie River and Leschenault Estuary foreshore between Eaton and Australind.
The 2.5m wide pathway runs along the Eaton Foreshore, across the Collie River Bridge, along Old Coast Road past the Leschenault Waterways Eco Museum and Australind Jetty, the Ridley Place Foreshore Precinct, and continues to Leschenault just north of the Paperbarks of Cathedral Avenue.
The trail allows users to take in the spectacular vistas of the Collie River and Leschenault Estuary and also passes many significant heritage and eco sites.
Nearby heritage sites include the Australind Pioneer Cemetery and the John Boyle O'Reilly Memorial.

Note that some road crossings are required to access certain parts of the trail.
Facilities
While there are various shaded areas and bench seating throughout the trail, the majority of facilities are located at Ridley Place, Australind.
Accessible toilets are available at Eaton Apex Park Playground, Leschenault Waterways and Discovery Centre and Ridley Place.
