Tucked away in the bush surrounding the old Marrinup Townsite is the Marrinup Falls Walk Trail.  This is a moderate walk meandering through lovely native bush. A few up and downs which can be slippery. Fantastic flower displays in Spring.

This is a great walk to take the kids out on to enjoy some time in the bush.  The best time to see the falls flowing is during and just after the winter rains (June to early September).

Head into Dwellingup to make a day of it.

Great trail for someone who has zero experience. Some nice spots to sit and picnic. Stood in an ants nest though two be careful where you stop to look around. Otherwise a nice walk with some little detours for climbing and seeing some scenery.

Beautiful little gem. I recommend leaving the car at Marrinup campsite to continue rest of the way on foot. There are two roads leading to the campground, make sure you turn left at Grey Rd/Oro Rd intersection if you are coming from Pinjarra intersection otherwise you will end up on very narrow and bumpy road that comes out of Dwellingup. Grey Rd is gravel all the way but wide and suitable for family cars. Follow signs out of the campsite and you will find yourself on dirt road that is quite uneventful but be aware of dirt bike riders and speeding 4WD. The fun starts after you come off the dirt road into the bush. Lots of wildflowers and foliage closing in on the track. Highlight is a series of cascading waterfalls ending up in the massive granite outcrop with big pool at the bottom. Great place to take a break before return leg and have a snack. As you are coming back I recommend climbing up to road by the railway track.
