Lesmurdie Brook Loop, Mundy Regional Park
Overview
Lesmurdie Brook Loop is a family friendly 1.5 kilometre trail in Mundy Regional Park in the Perth Hills.

Plenty of water cascading down the Brook.
About the Trail
This is a moderately easy loop walk that follows Lesmurdie Brook. The brook originates on the ridge beyond Lesmurdie Road where a number of small streams come together after capturing rainfall run-off and seepage from springs flowing from the groundwater beneath the laterite rock.
Beautifully handcrafted bridges and seats are located along the Lesmurdie Brook Loop Trail providing plenty of opportunity to watch the brook meander and cascade down towards the spectacular Lesmurdie Falls. The trail is truly at its best in winter and spring when water is plentiful and wildflowers are abundant.
The area contains a large car park, three large picnic tables with shade, toilet facilities and rubbish bins. Disabled access is available to toilets and picnic tables.
Several walk trails are available from here of varying degrees of difficulty, Including:
The Falls Trail. 640m return, Class 2, allow 30 min.
The Shoulder Trail. 1.5km return, Class 3, allow 1hr.
The Cascade Trail. 300m return, Class 3, allow 30 min.
