I rode this for the first time last weekend and had an absolute ball. Its challenging, varied, and lots of fun. Its a 50 min drive for me to kalamunda with stops and traffic lights all over the place, then this is just over an hour, non stop down the freeway, and it was DESERTED. So for me this is more for the money. The only reason it doesnt get 5 stars is that it was a bit neglected and the gravel can get really squishy in some places.
Really really good trails for people new to MTBing and really good for night riding. Would ride these trails more if I lived a bit closer. Heaps of fun and very free flowing singletrack, great for kids, adults, experience and inexperienced alike!!!! enjoy
I love this track! It's not as daunting, or physically or technically challenging as, say, Kalamunda. But it is still heaps of fun, upskilling and singletrack. So it's prefect for rusty/low intermediate level riders.
