For those wishing to drive directly from Perth, the Porongurup Range is a comfortable 390 kilometre drive along the Albany Highway. At Mount Barker turn left onto Oatlands Rd which becomes the Porongurup Road to find your first trail stop at Duke’s Vineyard. Continue taking in the delights of the trail along Porongurup Road and at the end turn right onto Chester Pass Road then immediately turn left onto Takalarup Road; after 2.7 km turn right at Moorialup Road to experience your final trail stop at Zarephath Wines.
Alternatively, visit the Porongurup Range from Albany via Chester Pass Road. After 40 Kilometres turn right onto Takalarup Road and right again onto Moorialup Road to find Zarephath Wines. To continue your trail experience, retrace your route to Chester Pass Road and take an immediate left onto Porongurup Road. All the remaining trail sites can be experienced along Porongurup Road until you reach your final destination at Duke’s Vineyard.
