The 35 km Collie Mural Trail is a mixture of country driving and an urban walk.

Consisting of 40 stunning murals, the trail stretches from Wellington NP, with the breath-taking 8000 sqm Wellington Dam Mural, ‘Reflections’ as the centre piece to the centre of town.

Location: Wellington Dam Wall, Wellington Dam Rd, Worsley

Guido van Helten’s 8,000 square metre mega-mural on the Wellington Dam wall is inspired by local stories and photographs.

Starting at Wellington Dam, you can take the short walk down to the viewing platform to see the world record breaking 8000 sqm mural on the dam wall. The mural is entitled Reflections and explores the place the river has had in the lives of the people of Collie over the years.

Don't forget to look up at the amazing artwork on the ceiling of the viewing area as well.

Follow the map into Collie (20 minutes away) and then park the car and take a stroll around town where there are another 38 stunning murals to see, starting at the Collie Visitor Centre.

Allow half to a full day to see all the murals.

Town Mural installation by Western Australian Artist.With environmental and indigenous themes.Shakey Jacob Butler has complimented these by monotone murals of Underground Mining,Pitponies,Mechanisation, Timber Hewers and Bibbulmun people.An added community bonus to the 30 plus Murals for the trail town of Collie.

Absolutely stunning art. Some brightens up otherwise dull walls of buildings, others are jus outstanding themselves. The Wellington Dam mural is just epic in size and details. Collie should be very proud of these works.
