The Cape to Cape Track has long called to hikers seeking salt air, solitude, and soul-filling views. Spanning near 130 km of spectacular coastline from Cape Leeuwin to Cape Naturaliste, it’s a journey through wild beaches, limestone cliffs, karri forests, and ancient granite domes. And while it’s a rite of passage for self-supported hikers, there’s another way to experience this iconic track — with the comfort, guidance, and care of Cape2Camp.

Walking, Reimagined

Cape2Camp offers a fully supported end-to-end experience, where you carry only a day pack and walk at your own pace. No heavy gear. No navigating logistics. Just walk, breathe and let the landscape do its work. Cape2Camp’s hiking packages run from 2 to 7 days, allowing you to select a time frame that will suit your fitness level as well as stash of annual leave.

The multi-day tour includes:

  • Transfers to and from the trail, however kept to a minimum to keep hikers immersed in nature and not stuffy vehicles.
  • Luggage transport and full camp setup each night
  • Hot showers, creature comforts and gourmet camp meals featuring local produce, also catering to vegetarian and gluten free diets.
  • Tailored support for different fitness levels and hiking experience

It’s hiking with just the right blend of independence and little luxuries, a beautiful balance that makes for a more approachable and rewarding experience for people wanting to tackle the Cape To Cape Track.

Why Choose a Supported Cape to Cape Walk?

If you’ve dreamed of hiking the full Cape to Cape Track but feel overwhelmed by the gear, planning, or physical load, this experience bridges the gap:

  • Truly self-guided but completely supported
  • No ultralight gear investment needed
  • No route planning or campsite bookings to stress about
  • No need to ration your energy carrying a 15+ kg pack

Cape2Camp is unique in that all their hikes are self-guided but fully supported. So, you will not be guided along every step of the way, you walk at your own pace, it’s just you in nature, with a very cosy campsite set up for you at the end of the day!

And for those short on time? Cape2Camp also offers shorter  itineraries covering the trail’s most stunning sections — ideal for long weekends or active holidays.

From Cape to Cape, North to South

Cape2Camp starts its guided hikes from Cape Naturaliste in the north, finishing at Cape Leeuwin. This direction means:

  • Sun at your back, not in your eyes
  • You start with the gentler sections first
  • Finish with more challenging terrain and more remote landscapes as you head south to Cape Leeuwin.

It’s a route designed for both logistics and soul — beginning in the approachable north whilst you develop your “hiker legs”, and finishing in the raw south.

Camp, But Make It Comfortable

Cape2Camp’s custom mobile campsite is anything but basic:

  • Cosy twin-share tents (single’s available too), complete with inflatable mattresses, quilts and pillows.
  • Dining shelter, full kitchen, fire pit (season permitting)
  • Fresh coffee in the morning, and a cold drink at day’s end
  • Solar power, lights, charging points, and showers

It’s camping that doesn’t feel like roughing it — because the walking itself is enough challenge.
