The Trails WA App has been developed to make exploring easier, safer and more connected.
Available on iOS and Android, the app includes:
- Official trail maps and trusted trail information
- GPS navigation to help keep you on track
- Downloadable offline maps for areas with limited mobile reception
- Walking, hiking, riding, paddling and trail running experiences
- Trail alerts and notices
- The ability to save favourite trails and plan future adventures
But the app goes beyond navigation.
Selected trails also feature rich storytelling and interpretive content to help users discover more about the places they explore, including Aboriginal culture and stories of Country, flora and fauna, geology, dark skies and astrotourism experiences.
