Def worth a drive from Perth for a couple loops you will be well rewarded. Maybe a little tough for beginners but for anyone just a bit of experience it is fantastic. Not a downhill type trail but great cross country with a few more tricky jumps and obstacles
This is a great trail. If you are a beginner and are now transisioning from beginner to intermediate, this is a great trail to do. The drops are manageable with a bit of skill, all technical parts have a chicken track which makes it a great place to skill up. There are minimal riders here as well so you don't get the pressure of other trails like Kalamunda. I had 3 cars there when I rocked up and didn't see anyone. There is a bit of leg work though when trailing uphill, so make sure you bring a snack to replenish that energy!
I've only got this trail by it's tail. Everytime I ride it, it kicks me and throws me around! It is challenging, but also rewards you with some really magic downhill flowy stuff - but you gotta work for it. Lots and lots of obstacles and log roll overs and some rocky gardens too.
