Hancock Gorge (with Kermits Pool), Karijini NP

Need to Know

  • Time

    Up to 3 hours
  • Distance

    1.5km return
  • Trail Start

Weano Gorge carpark, Karijini Visitor Centre is 105km from Tom Price, which is 1500km (16 hours) north of Perth
  • Degree of Difficulty

Grade 5 - Very experienced bushwalkers with specialised skills, including navigation and emergency first aid. Tracks are likely to be very rough, very steep and unmarked. Walks may be more than 20km.

The Spider walk can be challenging for some.

  • What to Pack?

A good idea for your feet are reef shoes. They have a better grip than hiking boots and make wading through water better than bare feet. The steepness of the gorge walls affects the ability to register the GPS points - resulting in a messy trail map.

Group B (Bushwalks and/or longer trails) required.  Show Pack
